Finance Officer
Shearwater Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Finance Officer to play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the finance function across the Shearwater Group, overseeing accounting activities, maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Processing invoices and payments
- Experience with SAGE software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role (reconciliations, journals, invoicing or reporting)
- Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to manage queries effectively
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 35 hours per week
- Salary – £29,000 per annum
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting experience in a varied, hands‑on role within a collaborative team environment.
