Finance Business Partner
Hybrid (2-3 days office) Permanent
A well-established organisation is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across a large, multi-functional business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial insight with financial planning, helping shape business decisions through meaningful analysis, forecasting and strategic support.
Responsibilities- Business partnering with senior operational stakeholders.
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Development of business cases and commercial recommendations.
- Providing challenge and insight to influence decision making.
- Supporting continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- An experienced Finance Business Partner or FP&A professional.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experienced within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
- Confident building financial models and business cases.
