Trump Turnberry in Turnberry, Scotland, is seeking a Cost Controller to monitor and challenge costs across F&B and purchasing, ensuring KPIs are met and profits are maximized. You will support the wider Finance function as required.
Responsibilities include analysing F&B costs, reviewing menu pricing, maintaining supplier pricing in the purchasing system, stock control, and providing cover for AP/AR tasks. Fully training provided for relevant Purchasing/Cost Control functions.
