Location: Newton Mearns

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets).
  • Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
  • Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
  • Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
  • Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting.
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise.
Requirements
  • Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential).
  • Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice).
  • Are looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role.
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Are motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning.
  • Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Are comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Cashflow modelling experience.
  • Ambition to progress towards Chartered status.
Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in delivering financial planning advice, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and maintaining high-quality client documentation. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for identifying client needs and contributing to revenue targets.
