Finance Business Partner

Overview

RECfinancial are partnering with a successful, growing and highly ambitious business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that forms part of a larger international group and continues to invest in both its operations and finance function. The role is ideally suited to candidates based in Leicester, Peterborough, Corby, Melton Mowbray, South Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

• Produce and review management accounts, with a significant emphasis on commercial support and strategic decision making at board level.
• Deliver margin and profitability analysis, identify opportunities to add value, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Produce board-level reporting and provide high-quality financial insight to operational stakeholders to aid commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to manage cash flow, working capital and operational performance; manage and develop one direct report.

• Suitable candidates may currently be working as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, Commercial Accountant or Senior Management Accountant and will possess strong Excel skills.
• Candidates studying towards, or qualified in, CIMA, ACCA or ACA will be considered, alongside driven qualified-by-experience professionals seeking a commercially focused leadership role.

The role has a salary range of between £55,000 and £65,000, depending on experience.
