Mortgage Advisor - Norwich & Wroxham

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well‑established Mortgage Advisory business that runs alongside their independent Estate Agency group. The Estate Agency business has multiple long‑established branches across Norfolk and is well regarded.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm is part of a solid organization with no false promises that don’t materialise.

• Self‑Employed – 60% split on leads provided (in the advisor’s favour) – very generous.
• Employed – base salary of £30,000 with a validation figure to hit monthly prior to commissions of between 15% and 25%.

Mortgage‑only with protection referrals handled in‑house. Should the advisor demonstrate a real skill in protection, a mortgage and protection role will be considered.

The employed role is office‑based; the Self‑Employed role is fully flexible, though branch exposure would be beneficial to both parties.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally estate agency exposure. The role requires full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider protection panel utilisation with no loadings to protection, ensuring the best for the customer.
