At TGB, our US business has gone from strength to strength, with significant growth across ecommerce, wholesale and retail channels. Following the success of partnerships like Cosmoprof, which has expanded from 180 stores to over 500 locations across the US and Canada, we're looking for a commercially-minded Management Accountant to play a key role in supporting our next stage of growth.

Your Role:

  • Own the monthly management accounts for the US entity, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.

About you:

You're an experienced Management Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and turning financial data into commercial insight. You're equally comfortable getting into the detail and influencing stakeholders, and you're excited by the opportunity to support a growing international business.

You will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or part-qualified with a clear commitment to completing your professional qualification.

  • US accounting experience desirable; international or multi-entity experience also highly valued.

  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts and financial planning.

  • Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to grow within a fast-paced business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing international business area and become the dedicated finance partner for our US operations. You'll join a collaborative finance team, gain exposure to senior leadership and have the opportunity to further your professional qualifications, with study support and dedicated study leave available. You'll also have the chance to play a key role in one of TGB's biggest growth markets as we continue to expand across America.
