We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Cross Border Payments Prdouct Manager (International Payments) to join our Global Payments & Trade Smart Pay Global Product Management team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
To help define and refine the product strategy for multicurrency accounts, including value proposition and long-term roadmap
Help drive adoption, revenue growth, and cost efficiency;
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure robust documentation and controls
Manage stakeholder expectations across Operations, Sales and Client Service

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Payments experience, including VP-level accountability for complex financial products or platforms

Proven experience in transaction banking and at least one of: multicurrency accounts or cross-border payments

Understanding of agile product delivery

Experience working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Control teams and with working with Client Service and Relationship Teams to resolve client issues

Ownership mindset

Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation; comfortable challenging the status quo
