Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Financial Administrator will work Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain client accounts including processing transactions and updating information

- Prepare and distribute client reports and statements

- Assist with the creation and implementation of financial plans

- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments

- Monitor and reconcile client investment portfolios

- Collaborate with financial advisors to provide excellent customer service and support

- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

- Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning strategies

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a financial services or planning role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software programs

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of financial planning and investment products

- Familiarity with compliance regulations and procedures

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
