Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established Chartered financial planning business with the recruitment of a Pensions Administrator. Permanent position. This role will be based in Redcar . Monday - Friday position. This company has an excellent reputation Salary £28,000 – £33,000, depending on experience Growth opportunities and excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities Provide administration support across a range of pension and investment products. Process pension applications, transfers, contributions, withdrawals and other client requests. Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept fully up to date. Liaise with clients, Financial Advisers, pension providers and other third parties. Obtain valuations, policy information and supporting documentation. Monitor applications and cases through to completion.
Assist with pension calculations and client documentation. Prepare information and reports for clients and Advisers. Skills & Experience Previous experience within pensions Good understanding of pension products and pension administration. Experience working with pension providers and processing client applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Confident communicating with clients, Advisers and external providers. Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
Experience with investments or insurance administration would be advantageous. What’s on Offer £28,000 – £33,000 salary, depending on experience. Permanent, full-time position. Company pension.
