We’re on a mission to make high‑quality financial advice accessible to everyone, and we’re looking for experienced Wealth Advisers to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is a permanent, hybrid role within our employed advice team, offering the chance to build strong client relationships while contributing to a modern, ambitious financial planning business.

The Benefits
  • Salary – £53,000 – £64,000
  • Bonus scheme – on target bonus – 15%
  • Pension scheme – contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver professional, FCA‑regulated financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing service to maintain long‑term relationships.
  • Inbound leads provided for you, whilst the opportunity to generate new business through referrals and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with partner firms and referral sources.
  • Complete thorough fact‑finding in line with the Openwork Suitable Advice Framework.
  • Prepare suitability reports and manage applications efficiently and compliantly.
  • Clearly explain our proposition and fee structure.
  • Match client needs with the right solutions and ensure a seamless experience.
What will you need to succeed?
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (essential)
  • Proven experience advising on wealth products
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
  • A collaborative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients
