Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation in West Sussex for an Interim Associate Director of Financial Management to join the team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Financial Management and Business Partnering function.
- Drive annual and medium-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Lead financial recovery, CIPs, efficiency and value-for-money initiatives.
- Provide strategic financial advice on transformation, business cases and investment decisions.
- Lead and develop finance teams while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder relationships.
- Fully qualified accountant with significant senior finance leadership experience.
- Extensive NHS experience across financial management, planning and business partnering.
- Proven track record in financial recovery, CIPs and organisational transformation.
- Strong influencing, analytical and communication skills, with experience advising senior and Executive leaders.
- Experienced people leader with ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
