This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Projects Officer to join the Communities and Projects Team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave. We expect this role to commence in as soon as is practicable and last for 10 months. You'll focus on planning and delivering projects that will offer opportunities for Rugby Borough Council tenants to improve outcomes in our social housing, and supporting our communities to be more independent, financially inclusive, healthy, and to realise their potential.

You'll be great at persuading and influencing others while building and maintaining effective professional relationships at a variety of levels both internally and externally.
