Location: Leek Wootton
Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting a Housing Compliance & Enforcement Officer in Warwick (CV34). The role involves managing complex cases of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, providing support to housing teams, and ensuring the safeguarding of vulnerable residents.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in housing management and excellent knowledge of ASB legislation. This is a 12-week temporary position with a pay rate of £19.32 per hour.
