Could you help shape the future of border security on the Isle of Man during a period of significant transformation?
As Deputy Head of Border Division (Law Enforcement and Compliance), you’ll play a leading role in the development of a new Border Division and its transition into a future Border Agency. Working closely with the Head of Border Division, you’ll provide operational leadership across border enforcement, immigration compliance and intelligence‑led activity, helping ensure the secure and lawful movement of people and goods across the Island.
You’ll lead operational teams responsible for border security, investigations and compliance, overseeing complex enforcement activity while supporting the development of new structures, policies and ways of working. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, drive organisational change and build strong partnerships across Government, law enforcement agencies, industry and international stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape a new service from the ground up, contributing to national security, public safety and the future delivery of border operations on the Island.
