Location: Sproatley
Hull City Council’s Private Housing Environmental Health team is recruiting a full-time Enforcement/Licensing Officer on a 2-year fixed-term contract to support statutory duties under the Housing Act 2004 and Renters Rights Act 2025. The role involves inspecting housing, serving notices and enforcing compliance to improve private rented housing in the city.
The officer will inspect rental properties, gather evidence for enforcement actions, and collaborate with colleagues to promote safe housing
