Benenden School is seeking a Clerk to the Governing Council to support the Chair of Governors, the Council and SLT in strategic, compliance and fiduciary responsibilities.
Drawing on governance best practices from leading independent schools, the Clerk will handle meetings, documentation and communication across the Council, with focus on safeguarding and regulatory compliance. Term-time duties plus 4 weeks, generous pay structure and on-site staff facilities are offered.
