Location: Swindon
Swindon Borough Council is seeking a confident Enforcement Housing Officer to join the Housing Team in Swindon, supporting ASB cases and tenancy enforcement. You will manage a varied caseload, investigate complaints, gather evidence, and develop action plans in line with legislation and policies.
You will work with residents, police and partner agencies to resolve cases. You will balance enforcement with early intervention, conduct risk assessments, maintain records, and contribute to service
