Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is assisting a wellness operation in the Isle of Man to recruit an experienced Spa Manager for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead a small team of therapists, with about half of your time delivering treatments and the rest on leadership, guest service, and daily operations.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and proven supervisory experience, plus hands-on treatment skills, strong communication, and financial acumen. Weekend work may be required.
