Hearing Aid Audiologist - Clacton Branch
Hearing Aid Audiologist role at Hidden Hearing, Clacton Branch. This role is based in our Clacton clinic and is suitable for HCPC qualified candidates.
We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
OverviewHidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing healthcare. This role will be based at our Clacton clinic. The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility as required by business needs.
Salary and Benefits- Basic salary - £37,618 with OTE £55,000

Responsibilities- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation
- Provide premium after-sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements
- Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD
- Hold current HCPC registration
- Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
- IT skills enabling use of company systems and audiometry equipment
- Time and workload management abilities for a well-planned approach
- Hold a current driving licence
