Position: ASN Support Worker Night Shifts

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £26,312 unqualified to £32,219 qualified, per annum

Location: Balfron, Glasgow/Stirling G63

Driving Licence: Full UK Manual driving licence required, no sponsorship.

• Support young people with daily routines – getting them ready for school, meal times and activities.
• Ensure children receive the highest level of support.
• Support senior staff with timely updates.
• Promote individuality – not a "one size fits all" approach.
• Complete and update care plans regularly.
• Help with light housekeeping in a warm, homely environment.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, movie nights or creative projects.

• Previous experience is preferred; experience caring for friends or family is acceptable.
• Desire to work towards SSSC qualifications.
• Manual UK driving licence is essential.
• Open to ongoing development and learning with a friendly team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Genuine passion for helping others and taking pride in the work.
