Salary: £37,500 £ 42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)

- Registered Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Pharmacist
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Confident communicator & report writer IT literate
