Responsibilities include: - Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.

Brynhyfryd accommodates up to 42 residents, offering 24‑hour care in a supportive environment, catering to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.
