Role Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
Skills and Experience
Required:
Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the engineering sector.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
