The post-holder is a recognised source of clinical expertise/advice and guidance within an area of speciality for senior physiotherapy colleagues working within their immediate service area.

To ensure a high standard of care for the patients under your care and that of the staff under your direct supervision.

To undertake highly skilled and clinically advanced interventions for own caseload of patients with highly complex disabilities.

As part of clinical work provides guidance and advice on complex cases to senior physiotherapists.

Accepts patients with complex needs referred to them from senior physiotherapy colleagues.
