This is for a waking night position. As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high‑quality, enabling care during night hours. Every shift brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll play a key part in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

• Provide overnight care and support to individuals with varying needs.
• Ensure safety and well‑being throughout the night.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow care plans.

• Assist with personal care routines.
• Administer or support self‑administration of medication.

• Implement person‑centred support plans.
• Promote independence and manage risks.
• Encourage relationships and ensure compliance with legal and best practice standards.

• Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles.
• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.

• Facilitate effective communication.
• Maintain accurate, person‑centred records.

• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.

• Previous experience in care or willingness to train.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the night.
• Good communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Compassionate and reliable.

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and person‑centred care.
