The Care Assistant role at Marchglen Care Centre in Alloa, Scotland is a great opportunity for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of residents with learning disabilities, dementia, and other nursing needs. Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to the residents in their everyday lives. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, engaging in social and recreational activities, and ensuring the overall wellbeing and comfort of the residents. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and contribute to the residents' care plans.

The role requires a driving license and the ability to work alternate weekends.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in the care sector or a genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and dementia would be highly valued.
