We are looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager to join a small learning disability service in Sheffield. The role is to work 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday, with 2 shifts from 8am-8pm, and 2 x 8 hour office days. The service in Sheffield is a small, homely care home, supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, ensuring a personalised and responsive care experience.

As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
Support the Manager in delivering excellent operational care. Lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality service. Manage the service in the Manager's absence. Provide clinical oversight and accountability. Engage in safe recruitment and clinical governance. Collaborate with MDT members and local authorities. Experience working with learning disabilities - essential At least three years of management experience, ideally within a complex care setting.
