We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team, where you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents every day. Our nurses are at the heart of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of life for all who call it home. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Malin Court for 33 hours - Nights.

• Lead the care, lifestyle and overall wellbeing of residents, guiding and inspiring teams to promote person-centred care, compassion and dignity.
• Support residents
  00s clinical needs while promoting emotional and social wellbeing, encouraging a person-centred approach to all elements of care and support.
• Engage in care planning, implementing and evaluating; documenting and reporting of care through the Nourish platform to ensure that each residents care plan is accurate, personalised and up to date with all interactions and care needs.
• Mentor and support colleagues and junior staff to ensure they are supported, confident and skilled in their roles.
• Administer medications with the utmost care and attention, following procedures to keep residents safe.
• Promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection.

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct, as well as knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Aware of Health and Safety procedures required in the role and ensure they are followed.
• Ideally have experience in a similar role and in leading a multi-disciplinary team and acting as the Nurse in Charge.
