The job is for an Activities Co-ordinator at Marchglen Care Centre, a 37-bedded Learning Disability, Dementia & Nursing Home in Alloa, Fishcross. Mainduties of the job
The Activities Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and events for the residents, including group activities, one-to-one sessions, and outings. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure that every resident is engaged and making the most of every day. The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexibly, including weekends, to meet the needs of the residents.

- Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Requires flexible hours between 8am-8pm - weekend work is essential for this role

Person Specification Qualifications- No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a care setting or working with people with disabilities would be an advantage. The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for working with people and the ability to think creatively to plan and deliver engaging activities.
