Health & Safety Manager in Aberdovey

Health and Safety Manager – 2 Year contract, Gwynedd – Site based, £55,000 – £65,000 (D.O.E)

They are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to work on a nuclear project spanning over 2 years. This role would suit an Health and Safety Advisor from a Construction or Demolition background looking for a challenging but rewarding role.

• Support and lead health & safety across all projects, ensuring top priority on compliance, risk management, and safe delivery.
• Advise leadership and site teams, conduct audits, risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Be a key safety ambassador – engage with clients, manage incidents, and champion a strong safety culture company-wide.

• Strong proven experience in Health and Safety – this can be within Construction but knowledge of Nuclear and/or Demolition.
• NVQ6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH or working towards, and CSCS Card.
• Looking to join a company with an excellent reputation.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
