Location: Bronllys
A regional health organization in Wales is seeking a motivated Patient Advice & Liaison Services Officer. This role supports patient experience and addresses concerns in conjunction with the Governance & Patient Experience Team. Applicants should have a degree-level education, experience in customer care, and strong communication skills. The position prioritizes a proactive approach in handling patient issues. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Strong Welsh language skills are desirable but not required.
