• Show respect for residents’ privacy, independence, dignity, and choice while helping them at night.
• Assist residents in getting ready for bed and in the morning.
• Support residents who need help getting dressed, undressed, washed up, bathed, and using the toilet.
• Help residents with difficulty moving or other physical limitations, including the use of aids and personal equipment.
• Help residents who require support with personal hygiene, such as those with incontinence.
• Follow and promote Greensleeves Care’s workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.

• A comprehension of the necessities of inhabitants.
• Knowledge of the importance of maintaining privacy.
• A diploma at care level 2, or an equivalent from the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) is preferred.
• Experience in giving care.
• Experience working with older people.
