Role details

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities, personal care and welfare, along with key‑worker responsibilities. Experience is preferable but training will be provided.

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Provide welfare and wellbeing support
• Act as a key worker and maintain relationships with residents and families
• Work rotational day and night shifts
• Full‑time and part‑time positions are available
