Role details
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities, personal care and welfare, along with key‑worker responsibilities. Experience is preferable but training will be provided.
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Provide welfare and wellbeing support
- Act as a key worker and maintain relationships with residents and families
- Work rotational day and night shifts
- Full‑time and part‑time positions are available

Additional Information For Candidates- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
