** Bilingual Health Educator
**** PRN (19 hrs./week)
** Under the supervision of the Outreach Coordinator, the health educator is responsible for providing various health screening services, risk reduction counseling, and health education to migrant and seasonal farm workers at their homes, farms, labor camps and other outreach settings.  The health educator will work with the Regional Office Manager-Outreach Coordinator to refer and assist farm workers in accessing medical and community resources to meet their health needs.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.  Community health worker or medical assistant training is highly desired, but not required. Good computer skills and experience with electronic health records are preferred.
** Licenses and Certifications

Required:

** Current CPR certification.  Current PA Driver’s license.
** Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
