We are looking for a Senior care and support worker to work shifts providing care to older people and supporting the staff team. We provide long-term residential care to 24 people living with dementia and also offer respite care.

We need someone to join our senior team who is flexible, reliable, kind, and enjoys spending time with people. The ideal candidate is easy to talk to, builds relationships quickly with people from all walks of life, embraces challenge and variety in their role, and has good communication skills. They want to make a difference.
