Overview
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her private residence. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide person‑centred care in a calm, nurturing environment where your presence truly matters.
You will play a key role in supporting her physical wellbeing, fostering a safe space that promotes dignity and care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality personal care.
- Foster a warm, engaging environment through care and support.
- Support evening routines, including quiet activities such as reading or watching films with the client.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during your shift.
- Maintain professional boundaries while building trusted rapport.
- Note:
Indoor footwear is required while on shift.
12‑hour day shifts: 9 AM – 9 PM.
Monthly scheduling:
You set your availability, and we’ll work around you. We are passionate about allowing the client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possible.

Qualifications & Desired AttributesWillingness to learn and develop, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn about different cultures and beliefs, maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate.
