OOH Registered Veterinary Nurse; RVN

Overview

Do you have a passion for delivering the highest quality of clinical emergency & critical care? MiNight Vets Barnstaple is looking for a registered veterinary nurse. The role is 7 nights on, 14 nights off on an annualised contract, working 19:45 to 08:00 with a one hour break. Salary up to £31,000 FTE DOE.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated nurse with some experience in emergencies and critical care, who strives to offer the best possible care to our patients.

• Inpatient care, triaging and treating emergencies, assisting with surgical and medical procedures, anesthesia, client care and communication.
• Be a team player who is diligent and efficient with a great work ethic.
• Support the outcome of patients’ care in all aspects of clinical work as part of the team.
• Maintain high quality standards to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.

• Registered veterinary nurse with experience in emergencies/critical care preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships with colleagues, clients and pets.
• Willingness to learn and develop with ongoing training and development opportunities.

• RCVS fees paid in full.
