Responsibilities

• Care within the community
• Personal care - washing/showering, toileting, oral hygiene
• Light meal preparation - supper
• Companionship
• General tidy round leaving all areas clean and tidy

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• QCF Level 3 in health and social care or above
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
