Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Physiotherapist to join the Stroke Therapy Team. This post involves rotating between Stroke and Rehabilitation wards within Swindon Intermediate Care Centre (SWICC). There may be future rotations within Community Stroke team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your stroke and general rehabilitation skills.
About SWICCSWICC is a purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation unit on the Great Western Hospital site with access to facilities including a therapy gym and therapy rehab kitchen.
Responsibilities- Rotate between Stroke and Rehabilitation wards within SWICC; future rotations within Community Stroke team may occur.
- Work with a team including Band 6 and Band 7 Physiotherapists and collaborate with Occupational Therapists.
- Contribute to development and training opportunities for colleagues and self.
- £31,049 - £37,796 Band 5 AfC Salary with NHS Pension and full Agenda for Change terms and conditions
