We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Consultant on behalf of a well-established consultancy delivering a transformative improvement plan for one of their key clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced H&S professional looking to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong focus on people, quality, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the delivery of health and safety initiatives as part of a wider improvement programme
Provide expert advice and guidance to the client and internal teams
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and best practices
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites in Wales and Shropshire
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar health and safety consultancy or in-house role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
