If you are kind, reliable and willing to learn, we will give you everything else through fully paid training and ongoing support.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

You will support clients with everyday activities that genuinely improve quality of life, including:

• Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting
• Supporting with mobility and medication
• Preparing meals and light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Completing clear and accurate care notes

• £14.65 per hour
• 40p per mile mileage allowance
• Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays
• Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
• Fully paid training and ongoing development
