We are looking for Trainee Teachers to join our specialist team in Cranleigh. This is more than a teaching job; it is an opportunity to provide life:changing support to children and young people on the autism spectrum.

We dont expect you to have a background in education. We are looking for life experience, empathy, and the desire to learn.

• 1:1 Impact:
  You wont be managing a class of 30. You will work closely with individual pupils, celebrating every milestone: no matter how small.

  We provide a structured, fully funded training program in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). You will gain a professional toolkit that is highly respected in the fields of education and psychology.
