Healthcare Assistant

• Shifts: Full Time & Part Time | Days & Nights | 12 Hour Shifts

We’re expanding our services in Glossop and the surrounding areas and are seeking compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to adults and children with clinical needs.

In this rewarding role, you will support clients in their own homes and communities by providing tailored care that promotes dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

• Your responsibilities will include clinical interventions, personal care, and helping clients live fulfilling lives.
• You’ll support meaningful moments, whether spending time with family and friends, attending community outings, or engaging in everyday activities that matter to them.
• Evening shifts may include bedtime routines, offering reassurance and companionship while remaining attentive to care needs throughout the night.
• You’ll support younger clients by encouraging engagement in activities they enjoy—such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities—creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
