We are looking for a female support worker for a gentleman with a spinal cord injury, he lives in his wife in his own home.
He loves to go out and about into the community, and has a love of football, so someone who could share this interest with him would be an advantage, he is looking for someone to accompany him on short breaks away and someone with a calm and caring nature, a full clean drivers licence is essential, Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence required
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
Good time management & brilliant communicator
Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for these positions
