Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes
Salary: 24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Driving Licence & Car Required

Join our caring team at The Trees, a small, supported living service for adults with autism and learning difficulties. We work together to create an inclusive and respectful home where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to build greater independence.

The Role

• Support with daily living, personal care and meaningful activities
• Assist with budgeting, appointments and medication
• Encourage life skills such as cooking, cleaning and community involvement
• Build strong, compassionate relationships and contribute to a safe, positive environment

About You

You are kind, adaptable and passionate about helping others thrive. You communicate well, value teamwork and collaboration, and bring a calm, reliable approach. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Full training is provided - whether you are experienced or new to support work.
