Female Night Complex Care HCA - Paediatric

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a 9-year-old client on a 1:1 complex care package in the Berkshire (Reading) area.

This is a night role supporting a child with complex respiratory and neurological needs.

Clinical Requirements (Essential)

• Tracheostomy care (in situ)

• Ventilator support

• PEG feeding

• Epilepsy management

• Nebuliser therapy

• Monitoring oxygen saturations (SATS machine)

• Recognition and escalation of deterioration

Candidates must be confident managing airway care independently and responding to seizures and respiratory concerns overnight.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12 months complex care experience

• Previous paediatric experience preferred

• Confident with tracheostomy and ventilator management

• Calm and observant during night shifts

• Female carer (package requirement)

• Reliable and professional
