Job Description- Location:
Snaith, DN14 - Pay Rate: £15.00-£20.00 per hour | £145 - £175 per sleep in shift
- Shifts:
Full-time and Part-time - Day shifts (8:00am–8:00pm) | Sleep-in night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am)

We are expanding our services in Snaith and are seeking compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 30s with complex clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis. Throughout the day he enjoys getting out and about in the community and has a keen interest in bowling, pub lunches, and trips to the cinema. Supporting him to stay active socially and maintain an enjoyable lifestyle is an important part of this role.
In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. You’ll lead clinical interventions, support daily care routines, and help him live life to the fullest from enjoying quality time with family and friends to getting out and about in the community.
Night support includes assisting with bedtime routines, providing reassurance, administering any required medication, and monitoring his overall wellbeing to ensure he remains safe and settled throughout the night.
This is a sleep-in shift with a designated rest period from 10:00pm to 6:00am. During this time, staff are required to remain on-site and respond promptly if support is needed.

What You’ll Need- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (Day shifts only)
