37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary:
Up to £39,043.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, a leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics. We offer a full‑time role for 37.5 hours a week and expect the successful candidate to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties- Assess, diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic or post‑surgical conditions.
- Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds and discharge planning.
- Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, community rehabilitation).
- Manage a caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques and evidence‑based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
- Competitive starting salary up to £39,043.00 per year.
