Job Introduction

Location: Wain House

Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour

Hours: Full or Part Time hours available

At Wain House our Senior Care Leads do more than manage – they inspire teams, support residents, and create a home filled with warmth and compassion.

We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
• Support training and development for colleagues
  
  Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
• Have confidence to lead by example
